We specialize in weddings, corporate events, product launches, birthday celebrations, funerals, graduations, and private parties. Whether intimate or large-scale, we bring the same dedication and creativity to every occasion.
Our extensive rental inventory includes chairs (plastic, chiavari, banquet), canopies, tables, tablecloths, linens, tents, backdrops, stages, PA sound systems, DJ equipment, lighting rigs, decorative furniture, and more.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability of your preferred items and service slots. For weddings and large events, 2–3 months ahead is ideal. Contact us early — popular dates fill quickly!
Yes, absolutely. We offer full delivery, professional setup, and post-event breakdown services across Accra and surrounding areas. Our team ensures everything is perfectly arranged before your event begins.
We do have minimum order requirements that vary by item category. Please contact us directly for specific minimums — we are always happy to work with your budget and create a package that fits your needs.
We require a minimum of 5 business days notice for cancellations to receive a partial refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of the event date may be subject to a cancellation fee. We recommend securing event insurance for peace of mind.
Yes, self-pickup is available from our Ashaley Botwe location during business hours (Mon–Fri 8AM–5:30PM, Sat 7AM–7PM). Please contact us 48 hours in advance to arrange a pickup appointment.
